What sets me apart?
YOU do.
I have been blessed with the greatest clientele anywhere. Each one is a fascinating person with their own set of unique strengths and special challenges. Identifying those strengths and challenges is what
truly sets an excellent trainer apart from the crowd.
“Fitness” is not a weight or waist size. It is wholeness—internally and externally—
and the measure of our capacity as people to rise to the challenges at hand.
Physical health shares a two-way street with our mental, emotional
and spiritual health. Which is why I take a “whole-life” approach to
fitness—combining my passionate spirit and irrepressible love for
people with an artful application of the best exercise and nutrition
science available.
Yes, I run marathons and I love to work out. But the very best
trainer is not merely an athlete, model or “gym-rat” but rather a
fitness expert who understands YOU enough to bridge the gap
between your fitness goals and your real life.
That’s fitness that works.
I love training because it means I get the satisfaction of watching lives change.
Which is why I choose to serve as a motivator, coach, work-out partner, cheerleader,
nutritional counselor, part-time conscience, and most of all ... your biggest fan.
